ABOUT

Thiashen has joined Remote Exploration services in 2021 as a Junior Geophysicist.

 

He previously completed his B.Sc. in Geology and Physics (2018) followed by a B.Sc. Honours in Geophysics (2019) at the University of the Witwatersrand. He is currently completing his M.Sc. in Geophysics which focuses on the subsurface mapping of the Far Western Limb of the Bushveld Complex using integrated geophysical and geochemical techniques.

Thiashen has worked in Namibia and Angola conducting audio-magnetotelluric surveys. His skills extend to survey planning, geophysical data processing and interpretation.
