His time working with artisanal coffee brands fostered a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, teamwork, and attention to detail — qualities that now define his approach to field operations.

 

Today, Stephen applies his diverse skill set to managing complex projects across Southern Africa, including remote sites in Zambia and Angola. Skilled in woodworking, carpentry, camp management, and vehicle maintenance, he brings a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset to every challenge. Passionate about people, process, and practical problem-solving, Stephen thrives in environments where planning meets execution.
