Lilli joined RES in 2021 as an Operations and HSEC Manager . She has a M.Sc. in Geography and Environmental Studies from Stellenbosch University.

​

Lilli has worked on multiple projects in Zambia as well as Namibia and is responsible for operations management, HSEC and ESG compliance.
