About
Conrad is a Geologist with over 20 years’ experience at generating, evaluating and managing mineral exploration opportunities and projects on behalf of various Clients and Partners. In recent years, his focus has been exclusively on collaborating with key strategic partners to generate multiple gold, copper, lithium and uranium projects across Africa and Scandinavia. Prior to establishing his own UK-based consulting business, Conrad held multiple Board positions for various small- to medium-sized private companies, including RES and Remote Drilling Services.
A Fellow of the London Geological Society (1043939) and accredited SACNASP Professional Geoscientist (400045/11), Conrad has worked as Geologist through to Senior Geologist, responsible for grassroots exploration for diamonds on projects located within a number of different countries including Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Gabon, Madagascar, Angola and Canada.
Key responsibilities included planning and execution of exploration programmes, planning and developing optimal sampling techniques, supervision and management of exploration teams, contractor management, preparation and monitoring of budgets, technical reporting as necessary for technical reviews and press releases, tenement management, government reporting and project generation.
In addition, Conrad also has a keen interest in property investment and development, having established a UK-based property company to acquire, renovate and rent multiple properties to the booming student market in Cornwall.
